1. Conference and registration
AsianHOST 2026 will be held from 11 to 13 December 2026 at IIT Kharagpur Research Park, Rajarhat, Kolkata, India. Registration is subject to the applicable fee category, the accuracy of the information submitted, and payment confirmation.
2. Registration categories and fees
All base registration fees are displayed in Indian rupees (INR). Early registration is available until 15 November 2026, 11:59 p.m. Indian Standard Time (IST). From 16 November 2026, regular/on-site fees apply to categories with separate early and regular rates. Categories with fixed fees retain their published rates.
International cardholders may see currency conversion, foreign-exchange charges or card-issuer fees according to their payment provider. The final payable amount and any separately disclosed charges should be reviewed at checkout.
3. Author registration requirement
Every accepted main-conference paper must be covered by at least one full-rate IEEE Member or Non-IEEE Member registration. Student, IEEE Life Member, PhD Forum and general-participation registrations do not satisfy this full-registration requirement. Participants must provide accurate paper and eligibility information where applicable.
4. Membership and category verification
IEEE membership and student eligibility may be verified by the organizing committee. If a participant selects an ineligible discounted category, the committee may request supporting documents or the applicable balance payment before confirming that registration category.
5. Payment confirmation and status
A registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification, or after the organizing committee has approved a complimentary registration. Participants should retain their registration reference and check their payment status on the registration website. Transaction success or failure notifications are intended to be sent to the email address entered during registration.
6. Invoices
Invoices will be provided upon request at a later date. A payment confirmation or status screen is not, by itself, a tax invoice.
7. Visa, travel and accommodation
Participants are responsible for obtaining applicable visas, travel arrangements and accommodation unless a specific arrangement has been expressly confirmed by the organizers. Registration does not guarantee visa issuance. Requests for cancellation or substitution are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Changes and enquiries
The organizing committee may publish necessary programme or logistical updates. For registration enquiries, contact siddhartha.chowdhury92@gmail.com or joydeepchow@gmail.com.
